Band Works is a live pop and rock ensemble built around real instruments. Lights! Action! develops acting, voice, character, stagecraft and confident communication.
Which ages can join Band Works?
Band Works is designed for Primary to Secondary students. K1 and K2 music is offered separately through Junior Ensembles using xylophones, hand percussion and boomwhackers.
Can both programs lead to a showcase?
Yes. Band Works can build toward a live set, while Lights! Action! can lead to scenes, devised theatre or a staged sharing. The outcome is agreed with the school from the start.
